Lord Buddha discovered it for himself, then revealed it, simplified it, and shared it with the common people. As a result, we understand what is true and correct and have adopted these Dharma principles as guidelines for practice. This helps purify our minds, making them clean, calm, and bright.

Therefore, this truth is profound and universal. It exists everywhere, and if we observe, listen, and think attentively, we will discover it. Once we have found it, we use it as a basis for considering and solving various problems.
