If you see that craving brings suffering, you let go of craving. Seeing the body as suffering, you let go of the body. It all leads to the mind. Letting go of the mind is the ultimate practice. It's right there.
However, letting go of the mind means seeing the mind, which is suffering. So, if you don't see suffering, you don't see the truth.
When you see suffering, once you know it clearly, the desire for something to be or not to be, for this or that, things you clearly see as suffering, doesn't arise. For example, you see the body as suffering, and the desire for the body to be happy doesn't arise because you know it clearly. You don't desire the body to be without suffering. This is without desire. You see the body as suffering, and without desire, you see the body as happy. Because it's without desire. Without desire, you see the body as not suffering, as happy, without suffering. You know how that's possible? It's possible when you know the truth of suffering, that's how."
This passage emphasizes the practice of letting go of suffering by clearly seeing and understanding it. It suggests that when you see suffering and understand its true nature, the desire for things to be different doesn't arise. The key is to see suffering clearly to attain a state without desire and to understand the truth of suffering.
